At LEAU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
